Built on Truth is for the Christian man who desires to improve upon his walk with the Lord as well as his physical training routine.

Unfortunately today, when people think of a Christian man they tend to think of someone who is weak, effeminate, and downright cowardly. Our goal at Built on Truth is equip men to live strong lives.to showcase men who lead by example in all aspects of their life, particularly their walk with Christ as well as their personal fitness. Every guest on the show has been thoroughly vetted and selected to showcase the qualities we should all strive for as Godly men. While these men are not perfect. The world doesn’t want a perfect man last time they had one they crucified Him.
